The instructor was very kind, clear and concise. He gave great explanations for everything (without expecting prior knowledge) - and kept it simple and straight forward. He didn't overload us with information, and instead focused on teaching us the necessary basics well. He was happy to answer any questions and was great at encouraging us all to have a go. We all ended up having a great time and are now confident to perform CPR and use an AED. Informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend this training to other offices. The training we received was fantastic. It was informative, comprehensive, and very thorough.
